APOSTLE JOE IZE AJOBOH Assignment: The Spirit of Wisdom QUESTION 1 1. Ten Key Lessons I, Apostle Joe Ize Ajoboh, have Learned About the Spirit of Wisdom* 1. The Spirit of Wisdom comes from God Wisdom is not just human knowledge. It is a gift of God’s Spirit. Reference: "For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding." Proverbs 2:6 2. The Spirit of Wisdom begins with the fear of the Lord True wisdom starts when we respect and reverence God above all else. Reference: "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom." Proverbs 9:10 3. The Spirit of Wisdom leads to life and favor Those who find wisdom find life, and receive God’s favor. Reference: "For whoever finds me finds life and obtains favor from the Lord." Proverbs 8:35 4. The Spirit of Wisdom gives direction and good judgment Wisdom helps us make right decisions and walk in God’s will. Reference: "When wisdom enters your heart... discretion will watch over you." Proverbs 2:10-11 5. The Spirit of Wisdom is revealed by the Holy Spirit God gives us spiritual wisdom through His Spirit to understand deep things. Reference: "God has revealed it to us by his Spirit... we speak in words taught by the Spirit." 1 Corinthians 2:10,13 6. The Spirit of Wisdom brings stability and success A life built on wisdom stands firm and prospers. Reference: "For by wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established." Proverbs 24:3 7. The Spirit of Wisdom is pure, peaceful, and gentle Godly wisdom shows in character, not just in words. Reference: "The wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason." James 3:17 8. The Spirit of Wisdom empowers us to serve God filled people like Bezalel and Solomon with His Spirit of wisdom for work and leadership. Reference: "I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with ability and intelligence, with knowledge and all craftsmanship." Exodus 31:3 Reference: "God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding beyond measure." 1 Kings 4:29 9. The Spirit of Wisdom protects us from foolishness and sin Without wisdom we make choices that destroy us. Reference: "The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, but a wise man listens to advice." Proverbs 12:15 10. Jesus Christ is the embodiment of the Spirit of Wisdom In Him are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Reference: "Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God." 1 Corinthians 1:30 Reference: "In whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge." Colossians 2:3 QUESTION 2 2. According to Proverbs 8:35–36 About the person who finds wisdom: The Bible says, "For whoever finds me finds life and obtains favor from the Lord." Proverbs 8:35 Lesson: Finding wisdom means finding life itself, God’s life, purpose, and His approval and blessings. About the one who sins against wisdom: The Bible says, "but he who sins against me wrongs his own soul; all those who hate me love death." Proverbs 8:36 Lesson: Rejecting wisdom is self-destructive. It leads to spiritual damage and ultimately to death, because to hate wisdom is to choose a path away from God who is the source of life.
